    • Delivered exceptional customer service to members and international visitors.
    • Worked across both caddying and Pro Shop operations.
    • Managed sales, stock and EPOS systems.
    • Built communication skills working with high-net-worth clientele.
    • Continued working in this role while completing my software development diploma and building my portfolio.
